Elim is priced per person per night, with venues, meals and extras added to suit your programme. Send us your dates and numbers and we will put a written quotation together.

How a quotation is built
Per person, per night
Choose one of four accommodation options:

Full board covers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Day visitors are charged a separate day fee.

All amounts are quoted in Namibian Dollars. Discounted rates apply to Judea Harvest Namibia and partner church bookings; ask the Booking Office whether your group qualifies.
The process
From enquiry to arrival
Enquire
Send your dates, numbers and what you need. An enquiry does not hold a date.
Quotation
The Booking Office confirms availability and sends a written quotation with the terms and conditions.
Deposit
Your dates are held once the booking deposit is received. This deposit is not refundable.
Confirmed
A refundable breakage deposit is added at confirmation: 10 percent of the booking, with a minimum of N$200.
Seven days before
Final numbers are confirmed and the balance is paid in full before arrival.
After your camp
A final invoice reflects the services actually used, and the breakage deposit is refunded after check-out.
Deposits
Booking deposit
A fixed non-refundable deposit secures dates booked more than 60 days ahead. Within 60 days of arrival, 50 percent of the booking is payable to confirm.
Balance
Due in full, with final numbers, seven days before arrival.
Breakage deposit
Refundable. Calculated at 10 percent of the booking with a minimum of N$200, and refunded after a clean check-out.
Payment
EFT is preferred. Card payments are taken at the Windhoek Booking Office only; there is no card facility on site.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, the following applies to the value of the booking, plus an administration fee:

The booking deposit is not refundable in any case. Full terms and conditions accompany every quotation.
